Shipping Information

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after placement. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Free Standard Shipping - 7-21 business days (all orders, no minimum)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and other factors outside our control. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.

Returns & Exchanges

Standard (Non-Customized) Items

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all non-customized items in their original condition and original packaging.

Customized Items

Customized or made-to-order items are eligible for return or exchange only if there is a quality issue. Due to the handcrafted nature of these pieces, slight variations in shell pattern and color are normal and do not constitute defects.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Customized items (except for quality issues)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at tapacraft@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  3. Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
  4. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Order Protection

Every TapaCraft order is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
