All products are described as accurately as possible. Due to the handcrafted nature of our mother-of-pearl jewelry, slight variations in pattern, luster, and color are natural characteristics and not defects. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in USD. We accept PayPal and major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through Shopify. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Standard international delivery takes 7 to 21 business days. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary by destination. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.

5. Returns and Refunds

Non-customized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unopened condition. Customized items are eligible for return only in case of quality issues. Please see our Refund Policy page for full details and return instructions.
